This looked like an abscess on the inside right front leg.

Treatment:  We lanced and drained it using a sterile scalpel.  We washed it thoroughly with
betadine solution at the time of lancing and then again each day for two days thereafter.
We also for the first two days covered it with sterile guaze and vet wrap to keep the dirt out
when he would sit.  We also treated him with penicillin administered subcutaneous for two days
(10cc - 5cc in morning/5cc in evening).  The abscess has receded and completely disappeared.
