Spanish Mustang Stallion for Sale

UPDATED: November 3, 2009
We have a male 4 year old Spanish Mustang for sale.
This is NOT a BLM Mustang but a Spanish Colonial Horse that was obtained as
a yearling from the Spanish herd at the
Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary.
He is still growing (and will continue to grow until
they're about 5-6 yrs old).
pictures below.
He has been regularly dewormed,
but no other shots, since he' been handled very little. Very limited
halter work, so he's got a completely clean slate with no bad habits. He
is of Spanish Mustang decent and we have papers to register them with the
Spanish
Mustang Registry. (We just never got around to submitting the
paperwork).
Shortly after we got him and a
few other mustangs, we both lost our jobs. Fortunately
we have been able to regain some employment, but due to our new work commitments which includes travel,
which appears will continue for some time to come, we have been
unable to spend any time working with them. That's unfortunate since
this horse is beautiful and has incredible potential. We want to see him placed
in a home with someone that can spend the time working with him and and continue the Spanish bloodline.
This stallion is stunning, highly
intelligent with an innate sense of self-preservation and curious about
everything. He shows the traditional Spanish Mustang markings with a prominent dorsal stripe and some "primitive" markings on the
legs. This stallion can be a great working horse and
watching him run is like watching water flow; he has a fast and smooth gate (and probably will be more fun to ride).
He can
probably do just about anything given the right person spending time working and training with
him.
We are asking $1200 for this
stallion and are willing to consider working out
delivery options (we can trailer them to a location or meeting place primarily in the Rocky Mountain region). If interested
